Orders
What's the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, enter your order number to the Order Status Tracker here. Please note orders will only be trackable once your shipment has shipped.
Due to the current pandemic, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed. Your order may have a layover but, rest assured, your package is on its way!
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or edit your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, our orders ship quickly. Once your order has reached our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations. Contact our Customer Care to see if you're able to make changes to your order!
How soon will I receive my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday (with the exception of national holidays).
Once shipped, you can expect your product to arrive within 5-7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
Oh no! We accept returns of items purchased on museandlounge.com if they are requested within 90 days of the date your order was delivered.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Unassembled items will not have a restocking fee applied.

Can I exchange my order for a different item?
Sadly, our products cannot be exchanged. Please see our Return Policy for more details on your return options.
How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. They are issued within 2 weeks of completing M&L Co's return process. The return process may take several weeks to complete, depending on when the return is received at our warehouse.
